Our approach is grounded in therapeutic, trauma-informed, and relationship-based care. Using the PACE model — Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy — we help children build trust, develop emotional resilience, and feel emotionally safe and understood.

Through open communication, advocacy, keyworker support, and adapted approaches tailored to individual communication needs, we help children express themselves in ways that are meaningful to them. AFG Team
Arden Fernvale
Previously worked in social work with children and families where mental health and safeguarding were concerns. Trained as a Group Analyst, Family Therapist and Psychotherapist, these skills were used to create an integrated therapeutic service for looked after children.
